Welcome to Wythe Holland Partnership
The Partnership was founded in 1972 and has amassed experience covering a very wide range of product areas. These include large scale planning, landscaping and environmental design, rehabilitation, housing for rent and sale, comprehensive town centre development, shopping centres, factories and workshops, a wide variety of social, recreational and amenity buildings, healthcare and educational buildings.
Many new ideas in these fields have been developed and the work of the partnership has been published in numerous countries throughout the world. Recognition of our work has resulted in a RIBA award, seven Department of the Environment awards, five civic trust awards or commendations and The Times / RICS Conservation Award.
The partnership has a flexible attitude to building procurement and as well as working in traditional architect / client relationships, has the experience gained from several consortium / client contracts. The consortium often comprises architect / quantity surveyor / structural engineer / mechanical and electrical engineer and landscape architect, with the partnership providing one or more of the consortium members.
